Our Story
THE PASSION FOR ENTOMOPHAGY

Entomophagy is the technical term for eating insects. Humans have harvested the eggs, larvae, pupae, and adults of certain insect species for food for thousands of years. We at Entomo want to bring entomophagy and gastronomy together, creating a cuisine that is unique, delicious and infinitely nutritious.

MEET TEAM ENTOMO
We started as a group of SMU students, inspired by our professor to create a restaurant introducing insect gastronomy to Singaporeans. We have developed our project to become a full-fledged restaurant that can provide locals with a creepy-crawly dining experience.
